Our Training SessionsWe meet on Saturday mornings and occasionally on weekday evenings. We train outdoors in t-shirts and shorts or loose trousers, with flat-soled shoes. Members join in as often as they can (once a week is the recommended minimum). Regular attendance will help you improve faster.

Self-Directed Training
There is no formal structure to our regular training sessions. Members take the initiative to group up to practise the sets together or pair up for partner drills. We make a conscious effort to practise deliberately during training by correcting our mistakes and keeping personal notes on advice and points of learning gleaned from the training sessions.
